1. Deposit Requirement
To initiate our professional copywriting services, The Nelumbo Group LLC requires a non-refundable deposit. This deposit secures your project in our schedule and demonstrates your commitment to our services.
- Deposit Amount: A deposit of 30% of the total project fee is required before we begin work on your project.
- Payment Due: The deposit is due upon agreement of the project scope and terms. Work will not commence until the deposit is received.
2. No Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our services, The Nelumbo Group LLC has a strict no refund policy. Once the deposit and final payment is paid, it is non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Service Commitment: By making a deposit, you acknowledge and agree to our no refund policy and commit to proceeding with the project.
- Partial Completion: If the project is canceled by the client after work has commenced, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the deposit or payments made. You will be invoiced for any work completed beyond the deposit amount, based on the agreed-upon rate.
3. Project Cancellation
- Client-Initiated Cancellation: If you choose to cancel the project after making the deposit, you forfeit the deposit. No refunds will be issued, and The Nelumbo Group LLC reserves the right to charge for any additional work completed.
- Company-Initiated Cancellation: In the rare event that The Nelumbo Group LLC needs to cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances, we will issue a full refund of the deposit paid.
4. Payment of Remaining Balance
- Final Payment: The remaining balance of the project fee is due upon completion of the project and before the final deliverables are provided.
- Payment Methods: We accept various payment methods as specified on our website or in our agreement.
